Edit a phone number
The following procedure describes how to edit phone number details. When editing the phone number, the following information is displayed:

Phone number name

Phone Number ID - Defines a unique ID number allocated for the phone number by the BYOC/VAIC-C system.

Provider Phone Number ID - Defines the ID allocated for the number by the provider (Telnyx or Voxbone).

Phone Number Status - If the phone number is assigned to a bot and can be used to receive calls, it has an Assigned status displayed in green. If the number is not assigned to a bot, it has an Unassigned status displayed in red.

Country with which the phone number is associated.

Region in which the Live Hub voice infrastructure is deployed.

Max call duration (minutes) - Defines the maximum call duration allowed for this phone number.
You can only edit the Phone number name and the Max call duration (minutes).
To edit a phone number:

In the Navigation pane, select Numbers; the Numbers page appears, displaying all your phone numbers. The phone numbers appearing in a gray shade are associated to a routing rule. The phone numbers appearing in a pink shade, are not assigned to any routing rule and are not in use.

On the phone number card that you want to edit, click Edit.
The maximum call duration configured for your account can't be exceeded (see Configure maximum call duration). For example, if you configured a maximum call duration of 30 minutes for your account and you configure a maximum call duration of 40 minutes for this phone number, Live Hub applies a maximum call duration of 30 minutes to the phone number (instead of 40).

Modify the Phone number name or the Max call duration (minutes), and click Update.
You can copy the Phone Number ID and Provider Phone Number ID values by clicking the copy icon
